Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operation Officer
Coryn is currently the Co-CEO and COO of Jimcor Agencies. She has been in the Surplus
Lines Industry almost 20 years and is currently responsible for the underwriting
and operations side of the business.
Coryn is a graduate of American University where she majored in Business Management.
She currently holds her Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Wholesaler
designations. Over the years, Coryn has been active in various associations. She
was the President of the Young Insurance Professionals and was a board member for
the Professional Insurance Agents. Currently, she is the Senior Vice President of
the Under Forty Organization which is affiliated with the American Association of
Managing General Agents.
During her years in the business, Coryn has spent time overseas working with the
Lloyds and Munich marketplace. She was recognized by her peers when she won the
Young Insurance Professional of the Year in 2002 and the Tri-State Alliance Award
in 2007.
Coryn lives in Bergen County, NJ with her family and enjoys golfing, reading and
spending time with her husband and children.

Co-Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer
Jim has been in the Surplus Lines business for over fourteen years. He is the Co-CEO
and CIO with Jimcor Agencies. He has been responsible for the automation advances
for the multi-branch operations of the agency along with building several programs
for both domestic and foreign Insurance Companies.
Jim is a graduate of Pace University where he majored in Business Administration
and minored in Computer Science. He has served on committee for the AAMGA and actively
participated in the AAMGA and other Associations.
Jim lives in Bergen County, NJ and is married with three children. He is active
in his community coaching youth sports.

President
Frank has been in the Surplus lines business for over forty years. He was Vice President
of a major Surplus Lines Insurance Company for sixteen years with underwriting and
agency marketing responsibility. In 1986 he started his own wholesale operation.
Jimcor Agencies was named after his son and daughter. He is the President of Jimcor
Agencies and Citation Re, LLC and their affiliates. He is the Chairman of their
Board of Directors.
Frank is a graduate of the College of Insurance (St. Johns University) and holds
designations as a CPCU and a CIW. He is on the board of directors of the AAMGA and
now serves as a Vice President of the Association. He is also an active member of
NAPSLO. He is the past president of the New Jersey Surplus Lines Association and
was a New Jersey director of CPCU.
Frank in 2006 was awarded the Distinguished Insurance Service award by the PIA of
New Jersey during their annual convention. He was also honored by the New Jersey
Surplus Lines Association as their Honoree of the Year in 2008.
Frank is married to Ellen, who works at Jimcor. He manages the Jimcor/Citation operations
with his son James and daughter Coryn in the family owned operations.

Executive Vice President
Ellen Mastowski has been in the surplus lines business for over 25 years. In 1986
Ellen was beside her husband Frank Mastowski as the two started Jimcor Agencies
as a family owned business which it remains today. She is currently the Executive
Vice President of Jimcor Agencies, Citation Re, LLC and their affiliates.
Ellen is a graduate of Berkeley College. Her husband Frank is the President of Jimcor
Agencies and their two children, Coryn (Mastowski) Thalmann and Jim Mastowski (of
whom the company is named after - Jimcor) are the Co-CEO's of Jimcor Agencies. She
enjoys working along side her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

Chief Financial Officer
David J. Laquidara, Chief Financial Officer since 2002, is responsible for the financial
operations of the company. Prior to Jimcor, Dave worked at KPMG, where he specialized
in auditing clients in the manufacturing, retail and distribution industries. He
subsequently served as controller for Turnberry Capital, LP, a hedge fund in Greenwich,
CT. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Development of 24/7 Real Media,
Inc., assisting that company through major acquisitions and restructuring efforts.
Dave is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Boston College.

Sr. Vice President, NY & MA Regional Manager
John is currently the Sr. Vice President of Jimcor Agencies. He has been in the
Insurance Industry for 37 years of which 33 have been in Surplus Lines. John is
responsible for the underwriting and operations for three locations of Jimcor as
the Regional Manager of New York and New England.
As a graduate of Bernard Baruch College in New York City, John majored in English
with a minor in Insurance. He is active with several organizations in New York and
is Past President of the Professional Insurance Wholesalers of New York serving
from 1999-2001.
John is married to his wife Phyllis for over 30 years. When not working, John enjoys anything
to do with information on the Titanic and black & white photography as well as hosting
family get-togethers, especially those involving his daughter and son-in-law. John
also loves to travel.

Vice President, PA Regional Manager
Alan joined Jimcor Agencies in 2000 and is currently V.P. Regional Manager, with
responsibilities including local Branch Management and overseeing Pennsylvania operations.
Prior to Jimcor, Alan began his career as a Commercial Underwriter and also spent
ten years in the Marketing Divisions with standard Companies.
Alan is a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, with a major in Public
Administration. He obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor ( CIC
) in 1996 and is currently pursuing an Associate in Surplus Lines ( ASLI ) designation.
Alan, his wife Trish and their two daughters reside in Chester County, PA. His interests
include coaching his daughters, golfing, and horticultural studies.

Assistant Vice President
Donna is Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Jimcor Agencies. She has
been in the human resources field for over 15 years.
Donna earned her Masters degree in Human Resources from the New School University
in New York City and Bachelors degree in Marketing from Bernard M. Baruch College
in New York City. She currently also holds her Professional of Human Resources (PHR)
certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Donna and husband Edwin have two children. She enjoys gardening and spending
time with her family, especially cheering for the NY Yankees.

Director of Operations, Assistant Secretary
Irene is the Secretary and Director of Operations of Jimcor Agencies. She has been
in the Surplus Lines Industry for 24 years and is currently responsible for Jimcor’s
Central Processing services along with the development of procedures, processes
and system administration.
Irene and her husband have been married for 34 years. She enjoys relaxing and spending
time with her husband, daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons.
