OASIS requirements and Frequently Asked Questions

Requirements:

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher - www.microsoft.com
• Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher - www.adobe.com
• Java Virtual Machine or Java Run Time Environment - Sun Microsystems
• Disable all pop-up blockers (Internet Explorer, Google, Yahoo, etc.) or alternatively, allow jimcor.com on any/all pop-up blockers
• Add jimcor.com to email spam filter white list

1. How do I obtain a user ID and password?

Select Sign up for OASIS from the menu.

2. I forgot my OASIS password. What do I do?

Enter your username in the appropriate field and click the link for a forgotten password. Check your email and follow the instructions.

3. The web page is not viewing correctly.

Make sure you have followed all above requirements. Internet Explorer should be up to date. If the menu items are not showing, Java needs to be installed. If PDF's are not viewing properly, install the latest Adobe Reader. See links above for the latest versions. Also verify you have allowed for the appropriate sites in your pop-up blocker(s).

4. I have a question regarding coverage, a policy, or other insurance-related item.

Contact your underwriter.

5. When accessing OASIS, Google tells me the page is not available or that the link is broken.

This is an issue with version 5 of the Google Toolbar. Follow the instructions at http://www.google.com/support/toolbar/bin/answer.py?answer=75816 to solve this issue. See below for an example.

6. I am experiencing a technical problem not covered here.
